This is how we take care of your renovation
Determining the rental strategy
Before we start the design, we determine to which target group the house will best be rented out or sold and what type of renovation best suits this.
Designing your new home
Once the rental or sales strategy has been determined, a new design can be made. DR Management has a standardized PVE for all types of renovations.
Selecting the best party
We carefully select the best party for your project. The choice of a party will always depend on the quality, price and duration of the renovation. Thanks to our experience with more than 200 projects, we know exactly which party is the best choice for you.
Signing a contract
After the best party for your project has been selected, we will record all agreements made in an agreement before the start.
Project management & quality control
During the entire renovation, an inspector will be present every day. This reports the costs, progress and findings, so that you are completely unburdened. We will keep you informed weekly via videos and photos.
Delivery apartment
After completion of the work, another round of completion will be done, which will be recorded in a report. The points described herein must be completed within seven days after which you as the owner will receive a completion report.
Aftercare
If there are still points for attention after delivery, we will tackle this as professionally as possible and deal with it as quickly as possible. When using the house, it is possible that a number of things still do not work properly.
